Dizziness: Hello, the best treatment to help you feel better would be to get Antivert or Meclizine otc. Talk to your pharmacist about dosing. This medication may make you sleepy which may be a good thing. Rest. If you have a return flight, use afrin (oxymetazoline) as directed for two days before and the day of your flight. Ear planes will also help to equalize your middle ear pressure.
