Call: Call the dentist who removed those teeth and see how your dentist wants to handle it. We like to see our patients about a week after the extractions for routine post-op evaluations and suture removal anyway.

Wisdom Teeth: The extraction of wisdom teeth is not needed if you have no symptoms, or if the teeth are aligned correctly.  We usually recommend making the decision of extracting a non symptomatic tooth by the age of 35. Extracting a wisdom tooth after the age of 35, may result in complications that you would want to avoid. The best way to determine if you must extract the tooth/teeth soon, is to see an oral su.

No telling: The average age of wisdom teeth erupting is around 18-21. It can vary greatly. My son needed his out at 15. I have had patients that had them starting to come through at 40. Many variable like teeth crowding, loss of another tooth, bite changes, dental procedures can all influence wisdom teeth to come in at different times.

See a dentist: Wisdom teeth can cause pain when they are poorly aligned or impacted.  Abnormal positioning of wisdom teeth can also of  crowd or damage adjacent teeth by making those teeth more vulnerable to decay by collecting food particles and harboring bacteria, and/or pressing on the nerves in the jaw.  Many people need their wisdom teeth removed in  their late teens or early 20s.

Just like any other: Wisdom teeth are just like any other and can become painful due to deep decay, etc.  Sometime pain comes from the gum tissue surrounding or overlying the wisdom tooth due to partial exposure of the tooth.  This tissue can become traumatized with chewing on it. The effect is it it painful.  You should probably have it checked by a general dentist.

Accepted Answer

Depends: 30-90 minutes may be the expected range for sedation, the actual surgery, and recovery time of the patient. Understand that even if you are "knocked out" the surgeon still has to use local anesthesia for each area of your mouth. Best to ask your surgeon at your consult appt.

i have a broken wisdom but is not decayed , what should i do next ?

: See a dentist to see if it is just chipped &amp; could be saved/ignored, or a deep break.  OR... wait until the tooth abscesses an requires meds and urgent extraction when the pain gets too bad.

See a psychiatrist: The cause of bulemia is much deeper than you think.  Go to see a doctor who is experienced with the problem..

Care to share??: You can eat just about anything you wish.  But watch the crunchy stuff around those newly created holes.  The tissue isn't quite as tough as the rest of your mouth.  Keep the areas clean too. 
My preference is pepperoni and black olives.
