Ouch: Sometimes this is due to atrophy (lack of estrogen). Also consider a yeast infection, and lastly something called lichen sclerosis. To diagnose the latter, you need a biopsy of the area.  Given there is slightly increased risk of vulvar cancer with lichen sclerosis, you may want to have this looked at just to be sure. In meantime, consider anti-fungal and/or estrogen cream. Could be infection?: That area of your anatomy can devlop infection of skin glands which requires quick medical attention. You need to either go to your PCP or go see a gynecologist so that they can check you and, if needed give you antibiotics. Delays in seeking medical treatment  can cause rupture of the infected area( possible abscess) and lead to further complications.

See your gyn: U need to r/o vulvar condyloma and other causes . Cultures can be done and biopsy if necessary.

See answer : Skin tags are very common and generally occur after midlife. They are believed to be the result of skin rubbing against skin which is why they are generally found in skin creases and folds (neck, armpit, groin). More common if overweight, diabetic, or have other family members with them (genetic). No treatment needed unless cosmetically bothersome or causing irritation.

Common causes of fistulas to the rectum are diverticulitis, history of a perirectal abscess that drains into the vagina, trauma, post-partum complication and tumors.
