Allergic: It is almost always an allergic condition. More frequently it is something your hands are coming in contact with. Less frequently it is something you are ingesting. It is worth the time and effort to see an allergist to try and identify possible culprits, especially if you are having the ongoing symptoms you describe. Also get dermatologist involved if one not involved already.

Fingertip eczema: Eczema on the fingertips is sometimes called fingertip eczema. If the eczema affects more of the hand than just the fingertips, it may be called hand eczema. Eczema on the fingertips may affect all the fingers or only some of the fingers. Fingertip eczema may affect the area of fingerprints or along or below the fingernail. It may be a form of contact dermatitis which is an allergic reaction.

Fissures: Clean the area and apply neomycin cream twice a day for a week.

Eczema: Sounds like eczema.  Needs to be treated with mid to high potency steroids.  Could try twice daily Hydrocortisone ointment  and strict avoidance of soap, water and solvents for a few weeks.

in january 2021 i got anal fissure and after suffering on/off for 6 months, finally my fissure healed completely. now sometimes i doubt and check the fissure again and again by putting lubricated finger in anus. can this cause fissure again?

: An anal fissure is a tear, and I’m sure from your previous experience you know that it is a very painful condition especially with passing the bowel movement which causes stretching of the sphincter. Blind finger insertion can exacerbate it and so could even a single episode of hard stools. So important to stay regular. I would discourage examination just to check.

i have a 'hole' next to my anus. i can fit half a finger in and it hurts. is this an anal fissure? also have mucus after pooping. quite worried.

: If you do not have pain on passing stool, you do not have anal fissure. Fingering yourself is not a good idaea and would not be informative.
To prevent constipation- You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.

Relatively low: As far as oral and anal with a condom on...you should be OK.  The fingering..you have to be careful with the anal fissure because if there is an infective agent..it has ready access to your bloodstream (more than if there was no fissure at all).  Its certainly more safe than other insertions (penis for example).  Just make sure they don't have long fingernails and make sure they wash their hands.

: All can cause anal problems if enough injuries are caused by whatever you are doing. Rectal examination is unnecessary on a regular basis as your rectum automatically cleans itself. Self mutilattion is absolutely discouraged. Good Luck
