Yes: This is perfectly safe; each provides essential nutrients that the other doesn't. Some feel it may improve absorption if you don't take them at the exact same time out of concern that the oils and minerals will react to form a soap. I'm not sure if this is true but it might be wise to take the multivitamin with breakfast or lunch and the fish oil after dinner. Look for a fish oil that is purified.
