Sure.: Typically there should be no interaction between the two. Fatty acids may even help with the absorption of certain components of the multivitamin.

Supplementation: Yes, I would spread out the oils just to help absorption. Taking the multivitamin with the oils may hinder absorption of the water soluble vitamins.
