Fish oil: You can take fish oil and glucosamine at the same time. Sometimes they help arthritis pain. I'm not aware of any negative reaction.

Elevated serum GGT: Isolated elevation of serum GGT may be related to a number of causes particularly metabolic syndrome which can be caused by obesity, fatty liver, Type II diabetes, hepatobiliary disease, or certain medications. Needs further work up by ordering physician.

Yes you can: I see no problem taking them in the same day but use them separately.

Maybe take Acifex: separately. Most vitamins, supplements are dependent on the GI tract and acidity being normal. If you take anything that changes the acidity level, or reduce it, you might also reduce the absorption or effectiveness of your supplements. So rather than take it all together, take the Acifex by itself not at the same time to optimize your vitamin absorption.

Vitamin D level: Can be checked by your doc and that will determine how much you need.  Many people take 5k ius daily but you would need to check w/doc.

It could but: Studies have  shown that it may not  work in large groups of patients studied, but I have  had  patients  who swear it works. There are  different  brands  so make  certain you are taking one that actually has the true ingredients. Many over the counter glucosamine and chondroitin do not the the true ingredients. You can ask your doctor - look at some that are available and see if they can truly

Yes: You can certainly take all of them without having any idea of how much money you are wasting. None of these have any benefit for a 30 year old and some recent evidence suggests some you are choosing to take can actually cause harm.

Caution!: Omega-3 fish oil supplements can may be helpful for inflammation and improve your mood, but when these supplements are taken with herbs that thin blood such as ginkgo biloba or garlic they may prevent clotting which could lead to uncontrolled bleeding. There are also many other possible side effects and interactions with ginkgo biloba so I suggest seeing a Naturopath to further discuss this.

Yes: They are variants on the same theme - both contain Omega 3 fatty acids.
