There are also many other possible side effects and interactions with ginkgo biloba so I suggest seeing a Naturopath to further discuss this.

The nutrients you: Mention are all good for your sexual response by creating nitric oxide.   Being 21 y. O. You may not need all of them.  Marine fish oil and ginkgo biloba are blood thinners.  If you find yourself bruising easily or bleeding or are on a blood thinner please stop using them.  Consider just using the fish oil.  Peace and good health.

I don't: Believe if you have a healthy diet that you should take any of those supplements except the fish oil, if you're sure it doesn't contain contaminants, or folate (folic acid) if you're pregnant.

Why????: None of the things you mention are of the slightest benefit for anything. They are sold by com men to suckers in order to cheat them out of their money. If you want a placebo I suggest a roll of Necco wafers. Some are worse than others. Put them all in a bag and take them to show your DR.

Fish oil and Ginkgo: are both mild blood thinners.  Please do not take them together unless cleared by your doc.  The speed of their helpfulness depends on what you are using them for.  Fish oil will reduce triglycerides in a few months.  Memory help w/that combo is probably about the same.  Peace and good health.

i had consuming fish oil n ginkgo on daily basis. i notice i cant sleep well and always wake up at 1am n remain be alert.  could fish oil n ginkgo behind the cause ? should i stop it ?

Supplements &amp; sleep: Fish oil definitely won’t cause a sleep disturbance, but Gingko can if you take it late in the day. If you are taking it in the morning, it shouldn’t do that. I always tell my patients, though, that there is no such thing as normal, just normal for you. If taking Gingko in the morning doesn’t work, try stopping both and see what happens.

is it safe for me to combine rhodiola rosea, gingseng and ginkgo? i do not take any other supplements other than a multivitamin and fish oil.

Yes: Yes, these herbs are all very safe and there is no reason not to use them together.
