Could be.: Dull pain in lower abdomen could be from the ovaries, uterus, or fallopian tubes.  Also it could be gastrointestinal in origin. If the pain continues, you should see a doctor , a gynecologist for starters.

: It should cause no noticeable symptoms. Probiotics is just a fancy label for germ colonies that are known to "play nice" or produce no illness inside the gut. If they flourish feeding on the debris left during digestion they can crowd out bad acting germs. Their value to anyone is hard to predict. Most see little benefit to their use. They are a good way to balance the gut after taking antibiotics

Bladder: contractions due to an excessively filled bladder (overnight accumulation) MAY be the problem...Try limiting bedtime fluids and emptying your bladder prior to getting into bed!
If symptoms continue a urine exam would be the next step!

Family practice : You didn't mention if it was near the surgical site. It would matter. Hard to tell you if it's another hernia or something else. If it doesn't bother you it could be a lipoma which is a benign fatty tumor. If pain is present see your dr.

Dysmenorrhea : Very common to have pain on first day of cycle known as dysmenorrhea . Conservative treatment is all that is necessary.  Ibuprofen works very good if taken  on time and as needed for first day, provided no contraindications.

Pain with pregnancy: Pelvic pain or discomfort is common during pregnancy due to stretching of the ligaments, changing hormone levels, and organs shifting to make room for the growing uterus.  Sometimes it can be a sign of something serious.  If you develop fever and bleeding you should be seen right away
