Consider: more foreplay, as stimulation of urges and desire, will cause vascular flow increases and sensitivity, allowing for more pleasure for both of  you. Possibly reaching  orgasm first, would be helpful.  Oil based lubrication can help as well. If still having problems, an exam with your doctor is appropriate.

Pregnancy: If you are certain that you ovulated on the 1st, and had unprotected intercourse 4 days later it is unlikely that you could conceive.  The egg is only can be fertilized for up to 24 hrs after ovulation.  But next time use a condom!

Usually: Intercourse is considered safe throughout pregnancy providing you are not having any problems with the pregnancy (abnormal bleeding, history of incompetent cervix, abnormal discharge, etc).

No time like: the present to go get that exam and make sure everything is okay.  It is likely that the pain in your lower stomach and hips is muscular in nature, however get that exam!

Still possible: If your longest cycles are 31 days, the 19th day might still be at the tail end of your fertile period.  If you had unprotected intercourse within the last 72 hours, you cold consider the "morning after" pills (plan b one step) to lower that risk.

Hard to tell: If you do have irregular periods, it is possible that the 19th day was during your fertile period.  Only women with very regular cycles can rely, to some degree, on "rhythm" methods, or judging fertile days by days of your cycle.  If you do not want to get pregnant, please start using contraception!

Too soon to know: Had you acted sooner, you could have taken post-exposure prophylaxis that would have prevented HIV infection, even if your partner was infected.  Two days after exposure is too soon to test. You may get tested for HIV antigen and antibody in about 2 months. If the results are negative, get an HIV nucleic acid test, at 6 months after exposure.

Weakness: Pt's usually present with fluctuating and progressive weakness often of the ocular muscles. Usually worse after exercise and at end of day. History and physical exam establish clinical diagnosis.  Some do ice pack test of eyelid muscles. Mg confirmed by detection of antibodies in serum or by electromyogram with repetitive nerve stimulation.

As long as you: Are using muscles that are relatively deconditioned ( suspension training or not) - you may develop discomfort.
