Foods rich in fiber: Foods rich in fiber with lots of water can help ease your bowel movements. Veggies, whole grains and lots of water will help your bowel movement and are also healthy for you as well.
Also, may add prune juice, prunes, pears or apples to diet to increase the fiber.

Don't worry yet: Relaxation of the pelvic support structures is predictable and expected around the time of delivery.  This would cause the problems you are describing as well as some urinary symptoms like leaking or incomplete bladder emptying.  These most often "self-correct" within 6-8 weeks after delivery.

i am 4yrs post c section-still no feeling in right abdo & cant feel bowel movements or 'pushing'?

Muscle weakness: Your question is a bit vague.  You sound like you're describing constipation.  Usually C-sections don't lead to constipation.  The process of pregnancy can sometimes damage perineal muscles leading to stress incontinence or constipation.  The muscle more often get traumatized during childbirth.  A visit to your gyn or primary doc would help clarify why you're having these symptoms.

i had a c-section a week and 2 days ago i am have horrible lower back pain and also having a hard time with bowel movements. what could it be?

Many possibilities: Low back pain and constipation 9 days after a cesarean.  Constipation is common after a cesarean, due to pain meds and not moving as much.  Make sure you are using a good stool softener such as senna and drinking lots of water.  Back pain could be from constipation, bladder/kidney infection, soreness from where epidural or spinal was.  Call your doc and get seen.

No: No, it is not normal. Please contact your OB MD as it could be anything from a  rectal hemorrhoid to post C/section bleeding. An examination will make the determination of why you are bleeding and what Rx if any is necessary.

Adhesions: It could be adhessions around the intestinal loops or post surgical seromas. If you still have your ovaries they need to be checked.

Possibility: If the symptoms are temporally related it is possible that your symptoms are related to scar tissue caused by your surgery but this is only one possibility.  It would be uncommon for you to have scarring on bowels after a routine c-section.

Yes: Often after the colonoscopy, there is a little bit of mucous.  As long as you are not having pain, it should resolve.
