Way too early: 3 days is not enough time for pregnancy to be causing symptoms. If your pregnancy hormones were high enough to cause symptoms then they would be high enough to be detected on a home pregnancy test.

Possibilities...: If you are having this type of symptoms you need evaluation in order to check for different possibilities: thyroid disease, anemia, diabetes. If you  are having cough and weight loss as well you should get a tuberculosis test although similar symptoms can be found in other diseases too.If you are sexually active and irregular period pregnancy is a consideration as well.Try to see your doctor soon.

3 weeks of bleeding: Your excessive vaginal bleeding needs to be evaluated you may have a hormonal imbalance or a bleeding fibroid, among other causes, for your problem. Please  go to an er as you symptoms of weakness could be due to excessive blood loss and you may need a blood transfusion. Good luck.

You are pregnant: Depends on  what you mean  by  sick.  Many women at  term  are tired  and   achy   this is  common.   It you have  headache,  visual  problems,  swelling  in legs  and  feet  or  severe abdominal  pain,  call your  md.  These are symptoms  of preeclapmsia.

Fluid: Stay out of the sun if possible. Drink enough fluid to produce good urine output. Take naps if you can. If you must work, move slowly and keep a bottle of water by your side. If you get dizzy from the heat use ice packs under your arms and around the back of your neck. Consider going to an emergency room if it gets really bad.
