: Your posted question is interesting but likely not one that anyone can answer. I know of no physician in the US that would consider this a worthwhile project &amp; want to be involved. If you want any form of transplant and are not willing to go anti-rejection meds it would never happen. Many finger deformities can be modified by well trained hand surgeons. This would not require those meds.

Could be permanent: Unless properly splinted, casted, or taped by an expert, there could be permanent deformity. Even if "perfectly" aligned, there can be callous formation causing swelling on the bony fracture heal line. If there is angulation or visible deformity at present, see a plastic surgical or orthopedic specialist in hand surgery and get the correct x-ray diagnosis of problem or not! good luck!

i have finger deformity in right hand of absence of middle phalanx & joint and a severe finger fracture in the distal phalanx and joint, what treatment options do i have please ? who should i ask a plastic surgeon or orthopedic for surgery ?

: A surgeon would need to see the hand to evaluate what sort of surgeries are possible. Your best bet would be to see an actual hand surgeon, if possible. Good luck.

No benefit: Studies have suggested little benefit from fish oil in this situation. Instead, I urge evaluation by a rheumatologist.

Most commonly PsA!: Psoriatic arthritis would be most likely! but with so many., it is likely inflammatory. See a rheumatologist!

my 1st finger overlapping index. yes still pain. i do have neuropathy and arthritis in hand as well, but can still feel the pain where its swelled. no numbness in tip. i can bend finger. injury is between fingers, (the web part?).

Be seen: I would probably be seen and evaluated.  If you injured a joint in your hand or finger, it is not terribly uncommon for patients to have a feeling of pain, stiffness, or swelling for even a few months after the injury.  I would be seen just to ensure it is nothing more serious.
