Oh : Oh my gosh. Can not in good conscience provide advice on how you should surgically remove anything from your body.  The cause of bleeding needs to be determined. Here is a consideration; rather than driving 1, 000 miles to see a colorectal surgeon, see a general surgeon in your area. That doctor could evaluate and possibly treat. If the general surgeon believes that your medical condition requires a surgeon with even more training in the GI tract, then this is even more reason that the surgical approach should not be handled by someone who is not trained.  Bathroom surgery can lead to many complications.

Black evacuations can be a song of superior gastrointestinal bleeding, but the smell would be distinctive and the symptoms would be different.

Relax, eat well drink lots of water, exercise.

Infection: Most commonly infection, but other causes such as cancer need to be ruled out once infection is not the reason, especially if you are over 50 and a smoker. There is a small percentage of people with microscopic blood in their urine and no pathology. Infection is the most common, also it could be a sign of a kidney stone. Your symptoms are the most important component.

No: There is not a single blood test that can detect solid organ malignancy (pancreatic, breast, lung...Etc) with certainty. The exception to this role is hematologic malignancies (leukemia/lymphoma). There are several blood tests that we use to look for surrogates of cancer that include what we call tumor markers but those are complimentary and for monitoring disease status rather than diagnosis.

Pre-natal testing: Pregnancy testing is important and may require blood tests and other testing (ultrasound, etc.) to ensure continuation of a normal pregnancy without correctable problems.
