Some kind of cyst...: This sounds like some sort of minor congenital anomaly. I doubt it is dangerous. White fluid or cheesy material would suggest sebaceous cyst. With clear fluid, I wonder about an abnormal connection with a salivary gland, tear duct, etc. I don't know if there is such a thing as an aberrant salivary gland, but would wonder about it. Consider seeing an otolaryngologist (ear-nose-throat specialist).

Regardless of what: With injury to our skin, inflammation occurs which means the area becomes red, warm, tender and with swelling. Swelling occurs under the skin layers and causes them to bulge creating a protective fluid cushion called a blister.   As the area heals, the fluid will be resorbed or when no longer needed, the blister opens and it drains.   This should take about a week. Keep it covered and protected.

: You probably were tested for Herpes at some time during your pregnancy. It's possible that your boyfriend had a reaction to the lubricant but that is uncommon . he should get checked for Herpes just to be safe.
