It depends : Even natural sugars have calories and can lead to weight gain if consumed in excess. However, our bodies process natural sugars better than refined ones. You are better off getting your sugars from natural products like fruits and honey because of the other nutrients they contain. As long as you are not diabetic your body should handle the sugars without difficulty.

Fatty Liver: Hi, First he has to start with losing weight and exercising, then he has to decrease his fat intake, stop fried food, fast foods, greasy food and red meat, increase vegetable intake, also can start Fish Oil capsule, fruits in a moderate amount are fine, also I think decreasing carb intake is very wise,too. make sure his Triglyceride is not elevated.

Symptoms suggest sciatica &amp; raise concern for neural impingement in region of lumbar spine. Absence of mechanical injury &amp; youth suggest a subluxing sacroiliac joint, see below. Symptoms  warrent doctor&#x27;s evaluation. Persistence might require MRI. If leg weakness/urinary difficulty see doctor urgently.

Maybe, likely not: First and foremost, this could signal a bigger problem such as hirschsprungs disease or something else and those need to be explored. But those are uncommon and unlikely. To treat constipation, fiber is key. Diet must contain fiber, and daily. At this age you need 15+ grams per day. As reference, an apple has 3 gms, wheat bread has 1g per slice, broccoli 3-5 gms, etc. Miralax (polyethylene glycol) daily helps as well.
