Uncertain: So many things are uncomfortable during pregnancy, especially as it advances, I can't say for sure that your fibroids are the cause.  Treatment options for fibroids are very limited during pregnancy.  Avoid excess weight gain and impact exercises.   Take tylenol (acetaminophen) and experiment with different positions when lying, sitting and standing.  You OB may want to monitor their size and position as well.

No, there is not: Fibroid treatments include, focused ultrasound, GnRh Agonists, uterine artery ablation, and hysterectomy or myomectomy(surgery). There is not a pill yet for that purpose.

Ovaries are the key: If the ovaries are left in, hysterectomy will not cause you to go into menopause.  Talk to your doctor about whether or not he or she plans to remove them, and if so, discuss the issue and make sure you are both on the same page.

Hard to guess!: For fertile women who are having sex... it can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A home urine pregnancy test gives a accurate result. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), 1 week after missing a period, or 1 week after starting a "weird" period.

Perhaps: All doctors do not perform abortions but most can refer you to a doctor that does. It is usually considered safest to get this done before 12 weeks if you decide that it is really what you want to do. Talk to friends and family before you make this important decision. You do not have much time.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Fibroid growth: Growth of fibroids prior to menopause is common and not usually concerning. Treatment for fibroids is based on symptoms (pain, bleeding, pressure, etc) and not out of a concern for cancer which they rarely are. Estrogen causes fibroids to grow. Treatments can include medical treatments to lower or block estrogen levels or surgery to remove the fibroids or the uterus and fibroids.
