Seek other causes and explanations for chronic pain before even considering you may have something that can't be explained in real, scientific, terms.

Fibromyalgia: Tx is initially aimed to relieve discomfort & improve coping, thru physical therapy & if not effective, medications. Some herbal remedies are;  quercetin which has anti-inflammatory actions. Aerobic exercises also help.

Fibromyalgia: This is not the place for dosing questions.  Lyrica (pregabalin) may or may not be an appropriate medication for a particular patient.

2 weeks ago i had surgery onmy hand. i have fallen 2 times. i woke up today i hurt from head to toe. i have fibermyalgia.  what can i do?

No simple answers: I would avoid taking any pain pills,  I would look into low dose naltrexone, I would look into finding ways to improve the health of your brain.   NAC 600mg bid rather cheap and might help.  Clearly a comprehensive plan with a skilled practitioner in order.

See details: Numbness in those two fingers suggest an ulnar nerve irritation known as a cubital tunnel syndrome. If it persists see your doctor. It is not related to fibromyalgia.

Yes: All 3 of these problems can cause your symptoms.  There are also many other reasons  for your problems.  The combination of RA and SLE together do happen but it is uncommon.  Make sure you see a rheumatologist to sort this out.

Likely separate: Processes as pacs are benign but may be inconvenient.  Could also be fibromyalgia.

could lithotripsy cause addison's disease or the depo-provera birth control shot?i have a positive ana was told i have fibermyalgia ?would a ct scan show it?

No and no: I have never heard of lithotripsy causing addison's disease. It is not something that would show up on a cat scan. The most common cause for addison's disease is autoimmune, so having a positive ANA may put you at a slightly higher risk, but addison's is very rare, and needs to be diagnosed by an endocrinologist, with laboratory testing.
