See a doctor: it might be a simple flue like symptoms but if chills persiste he needs to see a doctor for possible evaluations and treatment start by treating the symptoms with OTC medication for chills and headache like Tylenol (acetaminophen) make sure he is well hydrated

Needs to be checked: You ate contamionated chips and you say these were contaminated with salmonella.You needs to be checked asap to get examined and get cultures done and appropriate treatment asap.It may be salmonella Typhi which causes Typhoid Fever or a different salmonella infection

covid-19 positive. 10/11 days since symptoms onset (headache, fever, fatigue, diarrhoea, loss of smell, dizziness). for 5 days symptoms had improved but now headache and chills/light fever are coming back. should i worry? when can i expect recovery?

COVID 19:  Sometimes a persons symptoms can worsen around week 2 or 3 of infection.  At other times, there may be sequela last for weeks (to even months in some cases). Keep monitoring your symptoms. For any significant worsening, let your doctor know. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant &amp; persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.

Nausea/dizzy/constip: Would consider checking thyroid, drink 3 liters/day to avoid constipation and high fiber diet, brown rice, lentils,oats, kale, berries. Also consider evaluation for reflux, H pylori, possible mycoplasma or rarely lyme infection. f/u with doctor/urgent care

See a doctor: The sore throat and ear ache are often due to upper respiratory tract infection and may be Strep or a virus. This should not be producing the severe headaches, although the dizziness may be labyrinthitis. The concern is that this may be central nervous system extension of the primary illness and this should be evaluated ASAP. Go to an ER if necessary, but get someone to look at you. Best wishes.

Teens & adults sometimes get dizziness or fainting after shots or blood draws. If a live vaccine is taken, there can be more symptoms like aches, mild fever, cold symptoms, stool changes or rashes, depending on which vaccine.
