Low grade: viral infection. Use Tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed every 4-6 hrs and use zinc lozenges ( ColdEze) every 3-4 hours. Drink lots of fluids including tea with honey and chicken soup.

Still a fever first.: Interestingly, if you're checking your temperature when you have the chills or shakes, it might be normal as these symptoms mean your body is breaking the fever. Check your temperature when you're NOT feeling these symptoms and see if it's elevated.

Menopause: Your symptoms may be related to menopause. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Medical evaluation is recommended asap given fever esp. if persistence of symptoms. Any other associations (bleeding, weight loss, pain, vomiting), as well as other medical co-morbidities? Potential dehydration risk here, so best not to wait to get checked.
