Haven't heard of it: Haven't heard of it being shown to actually work, so that means women will get pregnant with acupuncture, and women will get pregnant without acupuncture. You want to look at any studies that show the acupuncture is actually causing the woman to get pregnant, not just that the woman happens to conceive while on acupuncture. I'm guessing it's $40-50 per weekly session until into pregnancy.

Healthy eggs: The biggest reason is a problem with egg health, such as aneuploidy.  Most eggs do not have the capacity to produce a pregnancy.  Some have missing parts of the genetic recipe for pregnancy.

Depends: A couple with no risk factors or medical problems should try for about 6 to 12 months before getting evaluated and considering treatment - 6 months if the woman is 35 or older and 12 months if she is younger. Good question: There is really no answer to that question. It is very individual and depends on a persons personal, social and healthy history as well as their reproductive history. At most fertility centers age 50 starts to trigger some more testing and caution and age 60 is likely a deal breaker.
