how frequently should i clean my stretcher and what could i use?

After every use.: A stretcher for an ambulance?  After every use and at the start of your shift, since you don't know if it was done before.  Hopefully, you were given guidance on this.  If not, someone is not doing a good job training and ask them for the protocol in place for infection control for your job. If this is not about stretchers used for sick  or immobile people., ask again and clarify.

i have stiff back shoulders and neck and 14 y.o. it feels like i have to stretch every single second and that i should be put on a stretcher

Muscle spasm: At fourteen & absent mechanical injury, muscle spasm is good prospect for cause.  Your problem might come from a posture problem, as can happen while working with computers. The person to figure this out would be an osteopath.  A physical therapist is indicated.  Massage, heating pad, ergonomics, an icy hot type of rub might be in order.  Immediately tell your parents what you are experiencing.

what is the best way to treat back pain as a young adult? are there any specific objects i should consider buying like back stretchers, memory foam pillows, etc.? thank you?

Where is pain?: Back generally means low back. Special pillows great for neck pain. 1. Use good ergonomics: stand straight, don’t slouch, lift properly using legs. 2. Exercise needed muscles at least every other day (abdominals , inter scapular, and low back) 3. Eat healthy foods 90% of time,Watch your weight to avoid ‘beer gut’,which will aggravate spinal extensor muscles. 4. Firm Supportive Mattress are a must

Not very: They are not very effective.

i do patient lifting to a stretcher/ and sliding. i ovulated 6/10 6/12. can this affect implantation? when can i test? lmp 5/24 had chemical m/c.

No effect: Your occupation and your straining/exercise shouldn't affect your chances of implantation given that any pregnancy that occurs would be very small and be shielded from the pressure by the cushioning of the uterus. Only test if you don't get your period in two weeks. You should be in close contact with an OB/GYN if you're trying to conceive because of your age.

i had severe full body tremors, violent enough to shake the stretcher, happened repeatingly when coming out of the anesthetic. body temp normal. why?

Sometimes: body temperature drops during anesthesia, it leads to shaking afterwards to raise temp to normal

YES: an xray is indicated..in the meantime keep it "on ice"!

1 month ago i was transport a  large man from the stretcher onto bed. every since my left arm hurts near the elbow forearm hurts. sharp pain. help?

See your doctor: There are many structures at the elbow, all of which are very important. If rice isn't working along with the use of nsaids, you probably need an evaluation. Best of luck!
