Retinal detachments: Gas is usually injected into the eye after vitrectomy  performed for primary retinal detachments . Different gases have different retention times. Silicone oil is usually reserved for recurrent detachments especially when associated with  fibrosis causing traction referred to as pvr.

It depends on many: Factors since the silicone oil will need another procedure to remove and the c3f8 gas bubble will absorb and go away on its own without having another procedure to remove it.  Ask you eye md for an explanation that is specific to your condition.

Change med type: For some patients, fish oil cause them to repeat.  Yes, its uncomfortable. Try changing the brand, make sure it is enteric coated to prevent that.  If that does not work you can try barlean's liquid (it is pretty good tasting even to kids).  They have epa, dha or ala types depending on which you need.

whenever i eat oil food, i always feel uneasy, i get to much gas in the stomach and untill vomit it out, i feel so uneasy. pls help me?

Nausea/vomiting: If you have nausea/vomiting after eating fatty food, you might want to evaluate the gallbladder.  Gallbladder dyskinesia ('lazy' gallbladder) can present this way.  Other causes are possible, including gastroparesis ('slow' stomach).  Avoid fatty food in the mean time and change your diet to see if this makes a difference.

i suffer from stomach bloating, gas. i am now on peppermint oil and trimebutine maleate inn.  i am still bloated,  is there a better medicine?

Gas: You might try over the counter drug', the chemical name is simethicone.  Taken as 80mg three or four times a day spaced 6-8hrs apart can help. The chemical stays in your gut and breaks gas bubbles to smaller packages that can minimize bloating. It is doesn't work after a week it probably isn't going to. It is unlikely to cause any other problems as it pretty much stays in the gut.

my gf had periods on 15th of may, after that on 1st june i penetrated her a bit but because of her pain we stopped and applied some oil tired again but didn't it. after 10 days she had vomits,gas,frequent urine. is she pregnant or its just her pms?

: If her symptoms are related to hormones of pregnancy, there would be enough to turn a urine pregnancy test positive. The symptoms by themselves are found in many conditions and an evaluation &amp; testing would sort out a cause. Starting with a simple home pregnancy test may be reasonable. If negative, it is something else.

Funny stools: Anything that can cause fat to not be digested, absorbed or processed correctly. Pancreas or gallbladder problems, celiac disease, cystic fibrosis, hepatitis chronic, cholestasis.

Likely basis either: things you are eating or malabsorption with bile in stool &amp; rapid transit. If you are not digesting fats well; fats in the colon feed colonic bacteria resulting in gas &amp; floating fecal material. Forget the multivitamin http://goo.gl/hTgfHM, antacid likely irrerelvant, codfish (like other oils) ? not being digested/absorbed. Both experiment &amp; find someone worthy of you trust to help sort out issues
