Pain isn't concussio: Pain where you hit your head is normal. Concussion causes changes in vision, thoughts, alertness, or sensorium.
Can't say you don;t without exam, but doesn't sound like it

Head injury: This was a significant head injury and leads to posttraumatic symptoms that you describe. Such symptoms may last days to weeks. Consult your physician if you experience increasing and severe headaches,vomiting,drowsiness,worsening dizziness,and visual disturbance or if your current symptoms show no improvement even though you did not lose consciousness when you fell.

If no other: symptoms then likely a "tension headache".  Would try warm or cold compresses, acetamenophen, or NSAID.

: If you did not lose consciousness from the trauma you are unlikely to have intracranial issues and need not go to ER. If your thought process is disordered, or dizziness interferes with your daily activities, consult your doctor.

: If you did not lose consciousness and did not have changes in vision, hearing or thought process, you do not need to go to ER.

Headaches: Sorry to hear you are having a hard time.  Headaches can be very disruptive.   This sounds like something that you should see a doctor about.  Some problems in the upper spine can cause headaches.  Wondering if this is why it is worse when you lie down.  Workup for this will likely include some kind of imaging studies of your brain and your neck.  Again, contact your doctor to figure this out.

No.: You don't need to go to the hospital unless you start having symptoms referable to the injury, like a recurrence of headaches, visual disturbances, dizziness, nausea, or problems with muscular coordination or strength.

Concussion: Symptoms consistent with concussion.  A concussion is a kind of brain injury due to blow to head or an injury that happens that shakes the brain inside the skull.
