Tingling: Your tingling may be related to any number of reasons including anxiety disorder, stress, stimulant overuse (for example, caffeine), overexercise, nutritional deficiencies, electrolyte imbalance, etc. See your physician if you are concerned. It may be serious: Bilateral swollen feet are usually caused by heart problems or kidney problems related to loss of protein in the urine. Sometimes it may be related to an abdominal pathology or local legs problems. If you have swollen feet please see your physician.

She should take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent iron deficiency anemia.

Difficult to say: Although the cause of swelling and cramping is often difficult to figure out, i agree with your hesitation to accept that this is normal if her weight and activity level are also normal, especially if this started suddenly.  Make sure her kidneys, liver, and heart are doing well.  If so, often times a vascular medicine doctor can get to the bottom of this quickly - or at least reassure you.

Sometimes the pregnancy test is not sensitive enough, faulty or not done correctly. Should recheck the test. Possible ovarian and other hormonal conditions that can cause pregnancy symptoms. Need a work up by a physician to determine the cause
