Sxs may include waking up in middle of night sweating heavily; v concentration, ^             vaginal dryness; fatigue, hair loss, dizziness, wt gain, bloating, incontinence, irregularity of periods, hot flashes; mood swings, irritability ; decreased interest in sex. ^ itching can occur.

Yes: But, not necessarily...The average age in the us is 52 years old.  You may also have an early menopause just like your mom, but it is not a sure thing. Hopefully, you will be pre-menopausal for at least 10 years after your mom's age.

Having said that, your B12 level is lower than normal. You should discuss it with your doctor and consider increasing the dose of the medication.

Other conditions can also cause this.  It is vaital that you see your physician for examinations to evaluate your situation and then advise you on proper treatment.

No direct relation: Symptoms of menopause are caused but hormonal changes in the female body. Burning of the feet and genitalia are probable neuropathic in nature and should be evaluate by  doctor. There is no direct relationship between the two. The feet and the crotch are enervated by the lower sacral nerves.

It could be: Estrogen hormone act a kind of antiinflammatory. When it declines joint pains starts to surface. If you have ra or ostheoarthritis your symptoms increases. Hormone replacement treatment may benefit. You also need x-rays and blood work to determine what sort of arthritis causing your symptoms.

Exercise: Regular exercise, increased overall activity (i.e. take the stairs instead of the elevator) weight loss, smoking cessation, and a basic healthy diet (i.e. lots of fruits and vegetables, healthy proteins, avoidance of processed and fast foods) are the cornerstones of treatment.  NSAIDs (i.e. ibuprofen) can help but chronic use should be avoided.

Whenever a mole has a noticeable change, including color, it would be best to have it examined by a specialist. Dermatologists are usually able to make a determination of the mole's status and suggest treatment options.
