1st bm in 4 days ~4 hrs ago. bloody now i have a weird pain in my back/throat. hurts to swallow, recline. neck feels like it has tiny bubbles under skin when i press it. i swear i hear them pop/fizz?!

Sub-Q Emphesema: Subcutaneous emphesema is a condition where air makes its way under the skin. It may be noticed as air blebs or crackles under the skin. This may happen from a pneumothorax (burst lung tissue) which potentially may happen from a big valsalva (bearing down) like with a big bm. Go get it checked out asap.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

No worries: It probably was a salivary gland obstruction that led to a "bubble" of saliva to form.
As the canal was unblocked, the bubble was gone. If you have any other clinical change, i encourage you to see a dentist.

Vague description: The description is vague enough that it is hard to interpret. A couple of skin issues like genital warts can start out looking that way &amp; molluscum contagiosum could also. An exam may be necessary to sort this out.

No: The skin over the blister is protecting the skin underneath from a secondary infection. Leave it alone. It will eventually pop or go down on it's own.

Ask your doctor...: ...For a urine test: high protein levels can make urine more "soapy" and retain bubbles.
