my name is nissim i am 38 years old. i used to have blood in stool.i went to a proctologist who checked me with a anorectal exam and told me i have hemorrhoids. is it normal to feel like my poop is little blocked. how do we remove hemorrhoids natural?

Constipation: Hemorrhoid veins are a normal finding at colonoscopy and can become inflamed or irritated by chronic straining and constipation. These veins would not be the cause of constipation, and anusol will not correct constipation. Drink more water, eat more fiber (fruits, vegetables, metamucil), avoid fried and junk foods.

More info: Without knowing more of your medical history, I cannot tell you which of the common OTC constipation treatments are safe for you.  Nevertheless, most people can do just fine with Miralax (polyethylene glycol), docusate, and dulcolax suppositories or enemas.  Use all three and get yourself cleared out.  Then see a doctor about why you're getting so constipated.

Colonoscopy: It sounds like you are already prepped as lactulose is a potent osmotic laxative and based on stool characteristics.Cannot comment on the possibility of a partial obstruction or structure with limited information. Would suggest calling the office of the doc performing procedure asking for further directions as they likely have access to your detailed medical history.
