feels like i have air in my ears. i can pop my ears but it still feels like theres air or something blocking my normal hearing. i have light to mod virtigo. its on my left side inner ear. hearing doesnt sound muffled but bass sounds disturb hearing.

Ears: Sounds like this has been going on for a while and still bothering you. You need to see your doctor for exam so you can identify the problem and fix it

when i pop my ears, my left ear pops but it feels like air gets caught in my right ear and i get dizzy. right ear also clicks/pops when i swallow???

Get checked: Consider getting a smartphone device such as Cellscope which can show whats going on in your ear by taking pictures.  Without an exam its going to be impossible to identify the ailment.  It could be an ear infection or fluid in the ear. Good luck and please get checked out

Ear pressure: I'm a little confused by how you've worded your question.  I am going to take a shot at it, though.  All of us have air in our ears.  This is normal.  I suspect what you mean is that you are having pressure in your ears.  This is most often from the eustachian tubes not working properly.  Try clearing ears by pinching your nose, hold your mouth closed & blow.  If from a cold, try  a decongestant.

Just wait: If there is excessive pressure build up in your middle ear, your middle ear lining will typically absorb it. Any remainder will equalize when your eustachian tube opens such as when you swallow or yawn.

: Usual reasons to go for an ear check are earache, ear discharge, blunted hearing, discharge from the ear canal,or tinnitus. Unless you have a red hot inflammation of the ear drum or canal, I can't think of a cause for heat coming out of the ear canal. You could consult your MD or ENT specialist as needed.

i feel like wind is blowing in my ear..my doc said its because i cleaned it too much..bt i still feel the air without cleaning...plzz help i hate it..

See details: If you used a q-tip to clean the ear, be sure you have not ruptured your eardrum. Have an ENT doctor take a look.

Eustachian tubes: The tubes in the back of your nasal passages that lead to the middle ear may be blocked by congestion and mucus causing this symptom. Irrigate your nasal passages with warm salt water and instill a nasal decongestant spray like Afrin to relieve the congestion. See an Otolaryngologist if symptoms persist or worsen or if a sinus infection is suspected.

hello sir , i feel something moving inside my ear when i tilt my head and some fluid comes out.its like air passing out.whats it ?. is it dangerous?.

A few things maybe: Could be water trapped in there from a recent swim or shower. If you have pain in the ear it could be an outer or an inner ear infection that's draining. If you had wax in your canal and your body temperature increased, the wax will melt and run out too. Bottom line is you need a doctor to look in the ear to determine the cause.

my one ear feels like it's in a vacuum i checked it and the hearing both feels fine, i hurt my ear and i felt a sharp pain, it went away & then the ringing in the ear came, i put my head outside the cold air feels a little bit better on the ear?

Ear drainage: It’s possible you could have ruptured your tympanic membrane, have an otitis externa or eustachian tube dysfunction. You should see your general doctor to examine your ear.
