Nausea: Ginger is an herb that can be helpful with nausea.
Otherwise call your physician that is investigating your GI issues, as there are some good medications that can also help such as odansetron, promethazine, compazine, (prochlorperazine) or metoclopramide.

Migraines?: Frequent headaches may be due to many causes, but frequent migraines can cause nausea (and/or vomiting), and may create generalized fatigue.  However, need to check for possible chronic infection, anemia, thyroid problems, and even medication reactions.  A pcp can guide the basic evaluation, and assist with further treatment.

Could be reflux: When some people lay down, they lose the gravity advantage of keeping acid in the stomach and now it gets a chance to run up & down your esophagus. In some patients, this can present as nausea.

Might be: Low blood sugar.  Could be other issues as well. Call your doctor get a full work up to find the cause.

hi there, this morning when i woke up the entire room was spinning. i felt very nauseous. every time i bend over, lie down or move to quickly i feel like everything is spinning and im going to pass out. feeling abit better than this morning.

Can check with Dr.: Sensations of head spinning, for no obvious reason, can be from small changes in the balance organs (inner ears, inside the head). One can see a primary care or an ENT doctor to check if there is a reason this happens. Be sure to write down the symptoms on a big calendar for the Dr. (when it happens, how long it lasts, what activity/motions makes it worse, what foods/meds are being taken, etc...).

day 1 light and pain on my left side of vaginal ,day 2 not heavy like always, but still light and feeling nauseous at time, any advice?

Lt period: Would check HCG. if nausea ,and pain continues past period and still not normal period follow up with ultrasound to r/o ectopic, ( note sometimes may have to repeat HCG in 1 week because it takes 1 week post period for it to be positive).  f/u wiht doc urgetn care

Suggestions: Are eating small frequent meals, eating salty carbs such as crackers, sipping on coke or 7up (not diet) and ginger tea. Sometimes wearing sea bands for motion sickness can help, as can acupuncture. Good luck.

May be not: Need more information. Give your stomach rest  and eat BRAT diet for 4 days. 
If this has been happening for some time, than check with your MD .

: Nausea and headache after eating could be due to any number of things including the food disagreeing with you, food poisoning or even a condition unrelated to eating. If this continues to happen or if you develop additional symptoms, see your doctor for evaluation to find out what the issue is and get treatment, if needed. Good luck!
