Try to keep hydrated, water is fine.  If you are going to throw up, water will come up too.  So then rest, try again  a few hours later.
If feel bad more than 6 hours seek medical attention.

More info: We would need a lot more info to figure this out.  How long has this been gong on? Did you have suregry before? Are you vomiting or just nauseated? Is it every meal or just a few times per week?  Have you had any tests? Are any friends or fafmily sick?  Did you travel to another country? Did you eat any old leftover food?  Have you seen anyone?  Need a lot more info.
