how come if me and my friend same weight drink the same amount of beer in a night i'm feeling sick to my stomach and dizzy all day and can't get out of bed until the next day but he gets up no problem?

: An individuals response to a toxic ingestion like ethanol will vary with their genetic differences. Some have a metabolic system the easily de-toxifies the drug while others have a less efficient system. If all were equal the weight similarity would make the effect the same. If you drink, it is important for you to learn how to pace yourself within your tolerances.

What's the question?: A girl's night out of your friend's with an age  presumably around yours of 17 and with a statement you made of "a typical hangover" concerns me very much for likely problems of your friend in terms of alcohol abuse. Postprandial pain: If you have abdominal pain after meals, this could be a number of things.  However, the most common cause is gallbladder dysfunction.   Suggest to have gallbladder evaluation.   Other possible causes including slow stomach (gastroparesis), colon cancer, or just simply indigestion.  If symptoms persists and progressed, please discuss with your doctor.
