Dr. can check throat: Throat pain can be from a strep throat infection (antibiotics are needed), a cold or influenza (antibiotics usually not used), or from some other cause such as allergies or irritants. Usually, a person sees the doctor if the sore throat is bothersome, recurrent, or doesn't go away quickly (mainly to check for strep throat). Throat lozenges and acetaminophen can temporarily lessen throat pain.

Feeling ill temp ok: You need to see your doctor as it can have many causes , from omething benign like a viral infection, anemia or some thing serious or not so serious.

Sick: A variety of different infections can produce these symptoms and it's important to find out what type of infection you have. A general recommendation when sick is to rest, drink plenty of fluids and perhaps take tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever. Please consult a doctor to discuss further or go to the ER if worse.

IPMN : Ipmn is a premalignant condition of the pancreatic duct.  It is often discovered "incidentally", that is, found by accident when getting a ct for another purpose.  Once discovered, it must be monitored periodically to watch for the development of signs of cancer.  The initial assessment of ipmn should include an MRI and an endoscopic ultrasound with biopsy of one or more of the cysts, if possible.  An interventional biliary gastroenterologist would be the one to perform this procedure, and is often the one to continue to follow the patient.  Typically, depending on the progress of the disease, an MRI is performed every year, and an endoscopic ultrasound is repeated every year (these would be alternating every six months).
If the size, physical characteristics (septations, solid component) or biopsy characteristics of the cysts change, it may be necessary to perform a resection of part or all of the pancreas to prevent impending pancreatic cancer or treat a newly evolved pancreatic cancer.  It sounds like your friend is at high risk for surgery given her heart condition.
Some research has shown that the time from diagnosis or discovery of this condition to development of cancer is on the average of 5 years, but this should be interpreted with caution as each individual case varies considerably. 
The cysts of ipmn do not "leak".  I suspect the fever and other symptoms are due to another cause.

Ankle weights can throw off your biomechanics, leading to lower leg injury. If you want to increase your weight while running to increase your fitness, try a weighted vest instead. It distributes the weight better, lowering the likelihood of injury. Hope this helps!

Excessive heartrate: Yes that heart rate is excessive. A rule of thumb for maximal heart rate is 220-age. I do suggest test be dine to assess if you have a rhythm disorder.

Support: Its important to have a physician look at your ankle esp if you're a runner because it can be anything from a sprain, pinched nerve, inflammation, etc. Make sure your running stride is less traumatic. Make sure you have good running shoes.

Often its a combination of factors for ankle pain esp if you're a runner.  Also important to stretch after each run and hydrate.
