So low back pain &amp; sick could describe how I felt 3 days ago when I went to the gym, worked out my legs and back like a bandit which I haven't done in a long time....or in your case it could be a urinary tract infection...or could be possibly be a viral syndrome....or pregnancy if you're a Samantha? Urine test could help as well as pregnancy. test

Go see ur Family Doc: We need more info. If any burning upon urination, stomach cramps &amp; back pain might be from kidney infection. So go see your Family Doc, GYN, Planned Parenthood or other health provider.

Suspect Urinary infe: You may have bladder infection(also called Cystitis). You should go see a doctor and get your urine examined(urinalysis). If the urine showed pus cells or bacteria a course of antibiotics may be prescribed. This would very likely take care of your problem.

Nonspecific: These symptoms are nondiagnostic but do sound like some degree of pelvic congestion at this time. It coincides with possible ovulation but is more uncomfortable than conception and implantation symptoms(if you've had unprotected intercourse). Your gynecologist is better qualified to advise you, however so consult him/ her if symptoms continue.

Pill effects: If you have just started the pill,this could be a part of your symptoms.I would be concerned about other causes that might be causing these symptoms. Like urine infection,the start of a more generalized infection like a virus or other bacteria.It would be best if you discuss this with your provider to get a clear picture of what would be the best treatment plan.

See a doc for PID: Yes- this could well be "Pelvic Inflammatory Disease" or PID. You describe typical symptoms -and unprotected sexual activity is thee risk factor. Do you know the health status of your partner(s)? You really NEED to get this checked, because there can be complications - including worsening of the illness and the health of your womb/female organs. Hopefully going forward u can use safe sex practices

Consider ER if any: of the following are true: Not holding liquids  down, lightheaded when standing, you have have diabetes, skin is persistently pale, low back pain turns to flank pain (6-10 in higher), frank blood in the urine or bowels, have a chronic illness where  dehydration would be worrisome.  You are dehydrated, perhaps that is it. I would continue clear liqiud diet, plan for an ER visit, hope not.
