Likely benign: Very likely this is a tension headache like you mentioned. Be sure to stretch your muscles weekly with exercises like yoga. Continue to stay well hydrated with water and clear fluids. Use tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed for pain. If it worsens or you cannot keep fluids down, see your doctor.

can a jaw/head injury hurt during second trimester of pregnancy? my nephew bumped his head into my jaw pretty hard, felt like it shook my head a bit. have a small headache but otherwise feel okay.

Trauma: Sounds like you will be ok. But I think you are asking about your unborn child. S/he is protected in a sea of amniotic fluid and should not ber harmed by this occurence.

Possible: It is possible to experience those symptoms that early.  Most of those are due to hormonal changes which begin very early.

Migraine or vascular: Headache behind the eyes usually suggests a vascular headache affecting the blood vessels on the side of the head. The muscle on the same side of the head can be affected by the same change, and it is also common. Tension and fatigue can act as a trigger. There should be no special danger because you are pregnant. Please consult your doctor if it continues.

Although headaches : Can occur in pregnancy, they are not indicators of pregnancy. Take a home pregnancy test to know. Possible early pregnancy sxs: no period, breast swelling ; tenderness w darkened areolas, thin, white ; milky vaginal discharge, fatigue, ^ urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/.

New onset headaches: Check with your doctor. New onset headaches can be primary (i.e. Tension type, anxiety stress related). The other symptoms are less specific. Though sinus infection doesn't cause headache but facial pain, it could be a consideration.

can you tell me, are a stuffed nose, continuing mild headaches.. very mild cramping or your sides of your uterus or so, can those be pregnancy symptoms?

Probably not: These are not typical signs of early pregnancy.  Best test without seeing a physician would be a home pregnancy test
