Maybe, maybe not: Could be so many different things.  Chills can be worrisome enough to see your doctor, particularly if you continue to have any other problematic symptom of concern.  Please dont hesitate to go and and get checked out if you continue to not feel well.

Still with residual: Some types of malaria and if with inadvertent Near adequate treatment can show persistent disease over long periods. Typhoid usually responds to therapy well unless bacteria is resistant. Best visit your local clinic or doctor to reassess your illness and probably rethink any combination of drugs that are effective  and tests if available.

Food poisoning: Certain types of food poisoning can produce symptoms rather quickly, but the symptoms are usually nausea and vomiting followed later by diarrhea.I believe that your symptoms are more consistent with a viral gastrointestinal tract infection which can simulate food poisoning. The treatment for both is the same- rest, drinking plenty of liquids and ginger ale,avoiding spicy foods and harsh roughage

Yes: Inhaling hash oil with a vaporizer can give you a large amount of THC in only 1 or two inhalations which has been known to cause dizziness and anxiety in some people. I have not read of any chills per se, associated with it.
