Don't mask it: Rather than taking something for it, wouldn't you rather know why it's happening? Please see your pcp and, consider seeing an endocrinologist. You could have a hormone imbalance or heart trouble or not be eating an adequately nutritious diet so, please don't wait.

Seems OK: But make sure that you are well hydrated.  BP and hr numbers to do not suggest a reason for your symptoms.

Concerned: I wouldn't worry but you should be concerned.
Most of these conditions are transient and can be caused by a number of things; inner ear problem, allergies, sinus congestion, etc.  But it can also be caused by some more serious conditions such as heart arrythmias, blood pressure problems, blood sugar, etc.  If symptoms continue, you should definitely see a physician.

See your physician: These symptoms may represent orthostatic hypotension, a headache or other neurological condition (eg BPPV), sinus issues, vasovagal response, or a vascular/blood flow issue. You should keep a log of the location, timing, duration, and intensity of these episodes and take the log with you to your physician. ? Low blood sugar: Or heart rythm problems, or something else,  keep sugar drink or sweets handy, keep yourself well hydrated, slow down on exercise for now,  see your doctor for assessment, wish you wellness

Low BP;Anemia: ake sure you are well hydrated and bleeding is not making you anemic. Please follow up with your doctor to check on your electrolytes and hemoglobin.
