Cutaneous Manifest: 45 year old lady with a past medical history of Hepatitis C, Obesity, COPD now with tingling dysethesias over her skin. I would recommend you visit your physician immediately. These could possibly be cutaneous manifestations of Hepatitis C and you may be experiencing skin signs of systemic disease. You should be treated for both your COPD and your Hep C. See your PCP and a dermatologist please.

Eczema: Use a cream containing a ceramide such as Eucerin Eczema Relief or Aveeno (oatmeal) Eczema Care, especially after washing. Wash with skin cleanser made for dry skin such as Dove. Try hydrocortisone cream. If this does not do enough, your DR. will give you a prescription steroid cream. No cure. So you will be doing maintainance off and on for a long time.

Skin prickly: Do you use sunscreen? If no do so.

What OTC meds are you taking if any. See if they can cause sun-skin reactions.

Has it been hot up there recently? May just be too much sun.

Normal with jaundice: consult your treating physician,. You did not mention the cause of your jaundice?- hepatitis, gallbladder or liver disease, blood issues? OTC antihistamines like Benadryl or Chlor Trimeton may help.
