a few days ago i suddenly started feeling very full after eating less  than half my normal pottion size. today still, i cannot eat my normal portion size during lunch or dinner. i do not have any pain or nausea. i just feel really full.

Common things are...: Common things are common!  That means one should look for common reasons for the symptoms. For feeling full shortly into a meal, there are many possible reasons. The primary care doctor can evaluate for the common causes. Then, a gastro-intestinal specialist can do added testing if needed. Gastritis, gallbladder or gallstone issues, liver disorders, anxiety, depression, etc., are possible causes.

See a GI MD: You should be seen by a gastroenterologist to make sure your esophagus is OK.  There are many reasons for these symptoms including anxiety but you should see a GI doctor to make sure esophagus is OK.  I would try a medication like prevacid (lansoprazole) while waiting to get into see one.

Seek attention: Early satiety or feeling very full after eating even small amounts, may indicate a serious stomach condition.  See your doctor immediately.  You may require an endoscopy to see if you have an ulcer in your stomach or a space-occupying lesion in your stomach, such as a tumour (either cancerous or benign).  Don't delay in seeking medical attention.

Hungry: There are several reasons for this. Here are some concerns: you are not really hungry your stomach is irritated from gastritis or an ulcer and eating calms it down. You a sugar problem. You have an emotional problem triggering your hungry, which is often triggered during the change in season (shorter days.)

See a GI DOC: You may need to rule out couple of condition especially motility disorder of esophagus, esophageal ring or other anatomical abnormalities of esophagus. Do you have any dyspepsia? dysphgia or other symptoms? The information you provided is not enough to make a definite diagnosis. You may need upper endoscopy or barium swallow evaluation. My suggestion you should seen a GI specialist soon.

This could be related to long-term overindulgence in alcohol.  In summary, some focused testing is in order, in conjunction with a Gastroenterologist.

i have a super small, single, pencil point size sore feeling on my tough.  usually happens after eating spicy or acidity foods.  could it be herpes?

Probably not: Tongue? Probably not- herpes viruses usually will show themselves as blisters or vesicles at some point in the infection. You may be having issues with irritation of the taste buds. Spicy or acidic foods are direct irritants. See your dentist for a good oral exam to make sure there are no other issues. Hiatal hernia?: What's in the salad? What is the portion size?  Dressing? Other food?  Beverage? Eating under stressful circumstances? Might have some of your stomach in your chest-hiatal hernia. Some stomach pops up above diaphragm , can be uncomfortable. Could;d be other things too, including ulcer, mass. Talk to your doctor.
