Even when my HR is normal as well. One may consider Anxiety as possible cause but if this is new or worsening one should see the PCP/Cardiologist for Evaluation/Diagnosis &amp; Management. Issues like Aneurysms should be ruled out.

Evaluate with doc: High pulse typically occurs in response to physiologic stressors.  Some of these can be apparent (pain, anemia, dehydration, excessive thyroid, anxiety), and some can be inapparent (excessive sympathetic tone, arrhythmia, inappropriate sinus tachycardia). An ECG or an event monitor might help along w a doc to review all the data.

It's not normal: When resting, your heart rate should be less than 100.  Metabolic conditions can lead to inappropriately high heart rates and you should be evaluated for these by your doctor.

Several things: It could be that one of the joints "popped" (like when one cracks the finger knuckles). Tearing or rupturing a disk can also cause a pop and pain.

Forget "tests": You don't need any tests (yet, and maybe not at all). See a good doctor, share your medical history with them and any commplaints you might have about your heart. If your history suggests anything wrong, your doctor will know what to do.  Numbers mean nothing outside of some context.

this morning started to feel vibrations in groin that seems to coincide with pulse its constant pulse/pause about 2 second interval any thoughts?

: At your age(especially if you have been a smoker or had high cholesterol)  I would suspect you have aortic or iliac or femoral artery atherosclerosis (AKA rust in artery and the narrowing is causing the buzz (called a bruit when heard with a stethoscope);...If you have on listen.  You can even try putting your phone over it and see if you or anyone else hears a whoosh with each heart beat.

Probably muscular: I doubt your pain is something serious but nonetheless given  the new occurance you need to be examined by her primary care physician. I suspect that your symptoms are possibly muscular but at this time with your brief description and without examining you it's very difficult to give your an accurate diagnosis.

Need More Info: Could you supply some more information such as how this started,what you mean by pulse pain,  how long ago this started, any other health problems, description of the finger, other factors that relieve/worsen  the pain?

Irritable bowels syndrome: Vague alternating symptoms with gas are classic irritable bowel symptoms. Seeing the pulse in your abdomen is perfectly normal if you are flat on your back and your abdomen is relaxed. If this is a severe problem or a major change for you, that is that you never have any bowel symptoms, then see your doctor. Otherwise start with a fiber supplement like Metamucil and increased fluids.  Good health
