See a doctor: Most likely a lymph node or a lipoma, but could be other tumors as well.  See someone to determine whether you need a biopsy.

It depends: it depends on the cause. If this hard pea sized lump in the vulva is a fibroma or an inclusion cyst it probably won't go away on its own. See a GYN or dermatologist to know what the lump is and discuss treatment options if it is bothering you. Good luck. Wish I could help more.

LUMPS ON RIGHT SIDE: Cannot tell without actually seeing these. How long have you had them? If it has been recent, and if they are tender to the touch, it could be an early form of shingles. If the pain persists, see your doctor or a dermatologist.
