i want to know why do i feel like something is stuck in my throat?

LPR : Laryngopharygeal reflux is when a small amount of acid comes up into the throat and irritates it. It is a common cause of dry tickle cough, chronic sore throat, lump in the the throat , post nasal drip, phlegm in the throat, and throat clearing. It is also a contributing factor to ear eustachian  tube and sinus problems. It responds well to proton pump inhibitor Rx. Discuss with your ENT.

Basics: These are often small sores triggered by a local injury or illness. If you can drink fluids okay &amp; eat, this would likely self heal over time. If it persists or really spooks you you can see an ENT who may be able to assess this in the office.

The most likely cause is reflux but there are other causes. It is important to get evaluated to ensure that you are not missing anything dangerous (mass in the throat).

Unusual: It is unusual for someone that is 25 years old with no medical problems to have throat cancer. You also do not have risk factors such as smoking or alcohol use? If it does not go away and is bothersome, you should check with your doctor. There are other conditions that could lead to the sensation  that you describe.
