Sounds like you: Miscarried an early pregnancy. I would call OB and have a follow up within a few days, or you can go to urgent care for a pregnancy test. If you are not bleeding, and are otherwise well now, you do not need to seek emergency care. If you had been pregnant a home test should still be positive...your medications may have lowered the efficacy of your contraception.

Needs evaluation: There is usually a thin tissue "door" to the vagina that has a hole through which menstrual blood exits. First sex usually passes through this tissue tearing it &amp; producing some pain, but not obstructing the process. Some women have very thick tissue that does not allow easy penetration. An exam by your OBGYN can sort this out. Sometimes a simple procedure can end the problem if that is the cause.

Get check: Some causes of you smptoms might be a prolapse of the uteus where if fees like it is falling out.  Also a drop in the upper or lower vagina might give you the sensatiojn something is pushing down.

Maybe: If the pressure bothersome, see your doctor.  Bladder prolapse may cause urinary frequency, frequent bladder infections, pain with intercourse, or frequent night time urination.

It could be...: It could be a number of issues. However, a likely candidate is a Bartholin gland or cyst which resides in the labial lip next  door. to the vaginal opening. You must see a GYN MD for an exam for diagnosis as I am unable to"see" your bump in this virtual realm.

Dyspareunia: Pain with intercourse can come from something localized to the vaginal/female organ area, something systemic, or something psychosocial. The only way to tell is to have an evaluation by your local physician to find and treat the underlying cause.

Not sure why: I am not sure as to why that is present, but an exam by a md can identify causes or not.
