Suggest you return to doctor for further evaluation including detailed medical history (past/present), physical exam, and targeted diagnostic tests.

: Your blood glucose and HbA1C should be monitored. Decrease sugary drinks and foods, stay well hydrated and please follow up. Post COVID 19, there may be a number of associated symptoms, including fatigue. Dizziness may indicate a neurologic problem. Please see your physician and watch for weakness and fainting.

: You have had a thorough and extensive work-up for the intractable emesis without an identified structural etiology. That means the etiology is either functional or psychosomatic in etiology. You should seek for a second opinion from a tertiary, academic center, if feasible. I wonder how much weight you has lost and how you have been treated in the last three months. Good luck.

Well : It could be several things of food intolerance Malabsorption and intestinal problem or  the normal gastrocolic reflex. Which is normal After someone eats the full stomach stimulates the colon to poop

Not likely: Ensure is a processed food with a lot of sugar. It can be a help  for debilitated older persons but a 29 year old   with liver damage would do much better with eating lots of fresh vegetables and colorful fruits in 6 equal healthy meals with small quantities of high quality  protein and olive oil. Persons with depression may need vit d 3 supplements.  Exercise through the day . Pretend jump roping.

Can be: There is a basic process called the gastrocolic reflex.It is a wave of stimulation that sends a "move on" message to our gut after we take a volume of material into our stomach.The reflex may or may not trigger an emptying, but it is part of normal digestive action. You possibly reduce the frequency of emptying by adding some cereals or bananas to the diet.Plums/prunes/apple juice give more stools

Treat Gastroparesis: Gastroparesis means a slow-emptying stomach. Causes may be mechanical (obstruction, or the stomach outlet narrowed from healing of past inflammation, treated by endoscopic dilation), post-inflammatory (due to swelling of the stomach lining from ulcers, treated with acid blockers), or neurologic (as with diabetes, treated with rx that stimulates motility--domperidone, erythromycin, reglan.

Sounds like: you are swallowing AIR when you eat. Try eating more slowly. Do not mix fluids and solid food during the meal.  Obviously avoid carbonated beverages.
