This is kind of: Tough to answer. It would be helpful to know where you are in your cycle. Coudl you have a cyst on your ovary which ruptured due to the force of the jump? Maybe. Could you have simply ovulated coinciding with your "jump?" which could be the source of your discomfort? Maybe. Speak to your doctor if you continue to have pain.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. During the visit you can also address your irregular menstrual cycle.

Constipation?: Many people are constipated without knowing it. The colon sits right next to the uterus and bladder. The colon often rumbles when gas is trying to get past something like stool. The uterus doesn't rumble. If stool in the colon pushes on the bladder, it can cause frequent urination. Magnesium citrate nightly for 2-3 nights can clean out colon. If symptoms persist, see a doctor. Good luck.

Exam needed: Left lower abdominal/pelvic discomfort with changes in bowel pattern is consistent with conditions like diverticulitis, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome or possible ovarian,periovarian disorders. Since your discomfort is now severe you should be examined by your physician who may refer you to a gastroenterologist.

Hernia?: The only connection I can see is through a hernia that contains a bowel loop. Have him see his doc for an exam.

GI: I would think that the symptoms are more likely related to bowels gurgling.  If you are not having pain fever or diarrhea likely not a problem.

Probably: Suspect it is liquid stool in the colon that is doing it.  Would not worry per se about it unless you get pain or other symptoms in the area or near by

: Gastrointestinal disease requires evaluation from a GI physician.  A symptomatic "hiatal hernia" will occasionally require repair to limit the excursion of stomach into the chest cavity.

Pain: Lots of possible things.  Need more info to determine likely cause.  It could be ovulation pain, a cyst, pregnancy, tubal infection, bowel pain or even a kidney stone.
