Usually normal: The rectum is just below the vagina.  After childbearing, the tissue between the rectum and the vagina can be quite thin.  If the rectum is full of stool, it can be felt through the vaginal wall.  It would not be normal if the stool formed a huge uncomfortable bulge in the vagina.  This is called a rectocele.  Sometimes surgery is required to repair it if it is large.  Best wishes.

No: It's difficult to feel feces traveling through the intestines. You can hear it if you listen carefully, but the movement itself would not cause abdominal pain. However, people with IBS/chronic abdominal pain are intimately aware of the feelings of things traveling through their intestines.

: Acquisition of genital strains of HPV require genital skin to genital skin contact with an infected person. It does not spread like a simple bacteria from casual contact with objects/water.

He might not have: heard about a new drug Linaclotide for that. Also, if you are on narcotics, fiber won't help but newer drugs like relistor would be very helpful

They will first perform a visual inspection &amp; digital exam after taking your history as to circumstances, duration, quality, timing of symptoms &amp; your risk factors. They may then determine topical treatment or ask to perform further evaluation of the rectal lining. Problem may be dermatologic, infectious, inflammatory, functional, etc.

Black stool: This can be a sign of blood in the stool. You may have a stomach ulcer which has come w stress and drinking on top of that may have triggered the bleeding from it. If it continues see your doctor for some tests.
