Nurofen and Targin: Nurofen is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory agent to treat pain.  Targin is a mild narcotic  combination that also treats mild pain through a different mechanism.  They are metabolized differently and can be taken at the same time.   Be careful with how much  of these that you take.  Nurofen can cause intestinal bleeding and kidney problems if you take too much and Targin can be habit forming

Maybe didn't heal: A second look arthroscopy as you describe will look for healing or missed problems.  If the labrum is healed, and the anchors are intact, then the freezing and catching is likely due to scar tissue.  If the repair did not take or and anchor is loose, then the repair will likely be revised.
