Maybe: These are not common side effects, but hypotension is.  this can feel like fatigue and depression.  Why not discuss this with your prescribing physician.

Medication: Why were  you switched from the prior regimen? It appears that the culprit may be Lisinopril since you were on Amlodipine before also and did not have any symptoms. I would contact the physician who prescribed these meds and have them switched over.

i would like to lower my dosage of atenelol from 50 mg a day. i am experiencing extreme fatigue, ed, i also take hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) and lisinopril.

Talk to doc: This is not the place for you to ask this question. You really need to talk to your cardiologist about this combination of drugs- all of which can make you tired even by itself.  If you need all these drugs just to keep your BP down, you need a good workup. If you also have very low potassium level, hyperaldosteronism needs be ruled out as well. Get a 2nd opinion if you must.

is it important to wean off metoprolol prior or while taking lisinopril?  was switched because of the fatigue. was told to dc met,start lisinopril.

It depends on your: prior dose of metoprolol. if you were raking 100 mg a day or more, you should be weaned off the metprolol so your heart rate does not speed up when you stop.

is it better to separate and take furosemide, aldactone and lisinopril at different times. does taking them together have any short comings. 
i still feel a little tiredness at times climbing long stirs an uphill. ?

Yes: Some studies have shown taking a non-diuretic B.P. medication may offer better cardiovascular protect against major cardiovascular events (MACE), stroke heart attack, fatal stroke, and fatal heart attack. I would advise taking the lisinopril at bedtime, and the furosemide earl in the am. The aldactone, though a diuretic,  acts slowly...take in the am.

taking paroxetine er 25 mg, xanax 0.5 mg twice and lisinopril 10 mg (started 5 days ago). making - tired, nervous, fatigue, shakiness ,blurred vision. does this medication interacts each other. my weight has gone down from 145 pound to 132 pound?

: You may be too sensitive to lisinopril. Please check your blood pressure right away, sitting and standing. If systolic pressure is less than 100, you should hold lisinopril for a day or two and restart at 1/2 tablet a day. This three drug regimen should not cause weight loss so I wonder how was your eating habit and how long you have taken paroxetine + xanax. If you lost appetite, see your doctor.

i know water pills can be prescribed together, but is taking them(furosemide, aldactone, lisinopril and clopidogrel) separately at different times a better option? and i do get diarrhoea, tiredness climbing uphill in the midst of taking them.

Maybe: Furosemide &amp; aldactone are both considered “water pills” but clopidogrel is a type of blood thinner &amp; lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor not a water pill per se.  If furosemide &amp; aldactone &amp; lisinopril are all taken together, that could lower the blood pressure enough to cause some fatigue, so perhaps best to take the furosemide &amp; aldactone in the am &amp; the lisinopril in the evening before bedtime.

coreg (carvedilol) and lisinopril for htn. last 6 weeks wheezing, fatigue, short breath during running w/o cough.  inhaler does not help.  rest resolves. allergies?

Possible: Although allergies may cause the mentioned symptoms, further evaluation is needed since heart and/or lung disease may cause these symptoms as well.

Need more info: You are a "real trooper" to put up with this dermatological problem for so long. Lisinopril does have a history of causing adverse significant side effects. My best advice is to get a second opinion from a dermatologist. Your family physician may be able to help you in this regard.

Lisinopril: Lisinopril does not need to be taken at night. It can make some people tired but in general that isn't a common symptom unless blood pressure is low.
