Fat.: Of course your "roll" of skin can be mostly fat.  If it is loose skin, clearly middle torso anbdominal fat is worse.  Too much leads to metabolic syndrome!

Probably OK: Assuming your child is under two has no scalp swelling, is behaving normally, and no loss of consciousness, she is likely ok.  Question is whether a ct is warranted--right now no.  However, if any changes in behavior or vomiting, take her in.

Knot on neck: As you state that there is no pain, likely you have a cyst, or lipoma. These do not have to be removed unless they become a worry to you or get large enough that you wish them to be removed.

Unlikely: If the symptoms resolve quickly, then no.

Conditioner: Conditioner and avoidance of damage, i.e. Excessive sun, heat thru hair dryer, over treating your hair will all help. There are also some shampoos specifically designed to reduce frizz such as acai ant-frizz shampoo.

Like any fungus...: ...It grows where it finds food. If the scalp is irritated by an allergy or mechanical scraping, it may produce discharge on which the cryptococcus could feed and grow.

Concussion: This is most likely soft tissue bruising (contusion) however if you are experiencing intense headaches, you may be suffering from a concussion. See a doctor as soon as possible who can assess for concussion and rule out an intracranial bleed

Make sure: you are eating properly and also have fluid intake.  If you are doing this it is not normal to be light headed and dizzy for four days in a row.  Any headaches or visual symptoms? Any muscle pain or pain on blinking your eyes?  See a doctor if this persists.

Partially: You're a naturally hirsute man and will tend to early balding. Many people think this looks good. You can shave/buzz your head and grow some facial hair, or you can use one of the topical or oral medicines that slow masculine hair loss, or if you wish you can visit a physician who specializes in hair restoration for a procedure.
