Mgt: I would suggest a pulmonary evaluation including an image of your thorax. There are multiple conditions which may cause both skin and pulmonary findings.

Blackhead: It's probably a blackhead (comedo) that had skin grow over it. Not a big deal. Sometimes blackheads get really big and dramatic. Exfoliate to keep this from happening.

Lumps: Please get this checked out. it may be neurofibromas, given the extent of the skin involvement. if you were my patient i would obtain a biopsy and figure out whats going on. See your provider and get checked.

see your doctor: Your doctor needs to view it and give you instructions on what to do with it.  It may be a foreign body that needs to be removed.

Yes till you resolve: Any bump on your body or skin getting larger will concern me until we know what it is, it may be a cyst, benign swelling , fatty tissue  or a tumour . Let a doctor see you and hopefully can tell you what needs to be done.

Probable lipoma: The lump is probably a lipoma, which is a benign fat tumor.  If you see a dermatologist, they can usually tell you whether it could be anything else and whether it it worth removing it.
