Not fast: Keep sunburn cool with moist cool/cold compresses.  Avoid alcohol containing products.  Break off pieces of aloe vera plant & apply sap to  skin.  Consider non-steroidal anti-inflammatory meds to reduce pain.  Don’t yank off peeling skin or burst blisters. Seek medical care for severe pain, fever, lack of improvement of symptoms within several days or if a large surface area is blistered.

Find another dentist: Rotting teeth are seriously detrimental to your sons health and growth. Get him to a dentist asap. Why wait until july?!? There must be another dentist in town or nearby? Where do you live that there is only one dental resource and that one won't see your son for months? Please respond with information.

Benzoyl peroxide: Benzoyl peroxide is the ingredient to treat acne that is in products you can buy over the counter. Find a cream at the pharmacy with benzoyl peroxide and us it as directed. There are also topical antibiotic creams that may help but those usually require a prescription. Good luck to you.

Staying hydrated and drinking enough fluids can be important.
